A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary, Mr. Rustagi has over 30 years of experience in multiple responsibilities across the life cycle of a business. These responsibilities include setting up the finance function, managing stakeholders, fundraising, implementing business processes, and managing legal/ arbitration matters. His relationship-driven approach has enabled the cultivation of strong relationships across the banking fraternity and corporates. Mr. Rustagi has served as Co-Chairman of International Affairs committee of PHDCCI in 2018 and has been the Co-Chairman of the Environment Committee of PHDCCI since 2000.
