Prakash Bhatia

Mr. Bhatia, is a qualified Company Secretary with a degree in law and a post graduate in commerce. He has the experience of working with the hospitality arm of the House of Tatas for more than three decades. His experience encompasses handling, leading and advising on the spectrum of legal and secretarial activities including but not limited to transaction advisory, due diligence, compliances, litigation, opinions, negotiations, drafting, finalising and execution of definitive agreements/documents and continued support in relationship building with partners/collaborators.
