In charge of the Business Advisory and New Investments vertical, Manoj Sharma is a chartered accountant with almost 21 years of post-qualification experience. In addition to leading the assurance vertical in his earlier stint, he has been actively involved in helping foreign and indian clients in setting up their businesses in India including business entity structuring and formation, obtaining approvals, initial hand holding including accountings and compliance support, setting up processes and systems, etc.

He has long experience in Business evaluations and fundraising for clients. His advisory experience includes complete handholding of the clients throughout the transactions process including Teaser and Business Plan preparation, Due diligence support, Term sheet, agreements, etc. He is an avid reader and enjoys reading books across the spectrum. He is a yoga and fitness enthusiast and actively participates in various sports and spiritual activities.
